Currently we only accept bank transfer. Please complete payment within 7 days of placing your order. Online payment is coming soon.

Shipping is a flat ¥550 (incl. tax) nationwide, and free on orders of ¥10,000 or more (incl. tax).

Orders arrive the day after, or two days after, your order and payment are confirmed.

Please return items within 8 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Yes, guest checkout is available. Creating an account makes it easier to view order history and manage subscriptions.

From My Page → Subscriptions, you can skip (push the next delivery back 30 days), pause, resume, or cancel anytime.

Subscription plans are 15% off for the monthly plan and 25% off for the three-month plan.

Orders are sent by "PM Co., Ltd." with the contents noted as "general goods". No product names appear on the outside.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice any irritation or a reaction that doesn't agree with you.
